Our Story

JewelleryBox.au was born from a deeply personal experience. In 2019, our founder Sarah discovered that her grandmother's antique opal ring—a cherished family heirloom—had become severely tarnished after years of improper storage. The soft Australian opal had developed crazing from humidity fluctuations, and the sterling silver band had turned almost black. What should have been a treasured keepsake had become a restoration project costing hundreds of dollars.
